FAQ
What is tapSnap?
tapSnap is an innovative NFC-enabled digital business card designed to help individuals share their contact details swiftly and effortlessly. With just a tap, you can transmit your information to another device, eliminating the need for physical cards. In addition, there's a mobile app that allows you to customize your digital business card, ensuring you provide the most relevant and updated information to your contacts.
How does it work?
tapSnap uses NFC (Near Field Communication) technology, allowing two devices to communicate when brought close together. With tapSnap, when you bring your card close to a compatible device, your contact details will be shared immediately. If the receiving device does not support NFC, there's a custom QR code on the back of the tapSnap card, or users can access this QR code within the tapSnap app. Simply scan the QR code to receive the contact details.

My phone isn't compatible?
If your phone does not support NFC, you can still make use of tapSnap! While you won't be able to utilize the tap-to-share feature via NFC, you can share your contact details through the custom QR code on the back of your tapSnap card or by accessing it in the tapSnap app. Anyone with a camera or QR scanner can scan the code and get your details instantly.
